My representative just rang me and he said my file pending dicision divorce judgent they need the divorce to further proceed the file so in my case they didnt accept legal seperation and affidavit that we send on june 18th when my agent said divorce can take a year or more time than agent said file could take as long as divorce not done is that true guys any help please...

Legal seperation and affidavit was submitted twice once jan 2019 and withh pccs june 16
Officer holding file pending divorce judgement my representative said he call to chech the delayed client in my case he said thats wat agent said file will take as long as till we dont get divorce certificate

Divorce certificate is mandatory
rest documents not acceptable
My brother had same situation.

Usually they accept affidavit that i will not be able to sponsor in future etc. And legal seperation filed in my case they didnt i dont understand why i have seen blogs where its sufficient for them in my case no.. wats was your brother time line and situation were they both inland or one outland and did he declare initially when applied married

Hi I applied for my oinp(international student with job offer stream) in January 2019 and got oinp approved by March and applied paper based Pr application in April and received my application number in may and now I am waiting for my medical. Anyone know how long it takes to get request for medical and what will be next steps and how long they will take.

They even didn’t request for extension nor request to re do medical, mine was expired on 23 june,2019
