Due to the high volume of applications at our office, we are unable to assign your application for permanent residence to an Immigration Officer at this time. We apologize for any difficulty or disappointment this may entail. Rest assured that your application is in queue for review.


Please refrain from requesting further file status enquires as this will result in more time being consumed for the purposes of file tracking and correspondence response. You will receive instructions as soon as your application is assigned to an Immigration Officer.

Last week and this week very quite no good news guys wats happening even work permit extension are 98 days my wpextension already 94 days gesus they are sooooo slow

Yea i have this same situation make sure to check your messages for what additional documents they are looking for. And please submit it before the time they have mentioned there. I submitted my documents late because my phone did not show messages and now i have been waiting for them to accept my documents:(

I checked my CIC account there was no info about them requesting any documents.
But I kept in getting the message that your action is required. Not sure what’s going on

Yes although i have submitted my documents i have the same message as your action is required on the status of my application!
