I applied on May 23 for paper based PR
I suggest you to wait for couple of weeks because. from April 15 applicants they didn’t issue any AOR.
They are not issuing any AOR right now so be patient.

i guess its the same since you logged in cic accnt first time after AOR? becoz mine is same all the way till today.

Is it? I can be wrong but I think for most pnp applicants the background check only starts after MR. It will say "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check."

where does it say like that? mine says the following since first day:

what does that mean? i think this how it shows for all you just did not pay attention i guess

1. Is it normal not to receive pre arrival services email?
2. Also what does the following status mean "We have received the additional documents you provided." is it that the submitted documents are accepted or are the reviewing it?

My status is exactly the same as yours and was like that from the very beginning (AOR 15 Feb 2018). I think all inland pnp's get background check from the beginning but outland applicants not immediately... But I could be wrong...
