PPR is here at last. Exactly one week after medical extension and 18 months and 2 days total of processing with IRCC.
Received the golden email at 4:48 am Mountain Standard Time, ECAS shows decision made, GCKey still not updated, progress bar shows 29 days left.

I also got PPR today, exactly the same timeline except my Pre Arrival came on aug 8.

It shows “you passed the medical” with the new date, as for my case it extended on july 3, 2019
So it said “ you passed your medical on july 3, 2019”
