Pre arrival letter is usually after MP not before.

Nope , it depends on visa office, London visa office issues PA before medical, but now a days Ndvo issues MR+PA

Yeah ... it's depressing to be fair.. people from June.. even September getting ppr.. they can't extend medical in 2-3 weeks?!

Im AR early August and AOR early September.
Got MR May 9. MP early June. Had a ghost update on the same day I saw medical passed in the account. I don't know if they are related.

Also my medical says it was passed last year in October... is this a common system error?
