We applied for my wife's sponsorship in Feb 2 2018. Although we've done it as Outland while my wife is staying with me in Canada under visitor visa (there are many reasons we didn't choose to go with an inland type of application).
For the Outland inside Canada I find it quite following the same path as inland applications though...
Here is our timeline :

CSQ APPLICATION SENT TO MIDI : March 8th, 2018
PR APPLICATION LINKED ONLINE: March 8th, 2018
CSQ APPLICATION RECEIVED BY MIDI : March 9th, 2018
MIDI CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD : March 16th, 2018
CSQ AOR RECEIVED : March 20th, 2018
CSQ RECEIVED : April 11th, 2018
BACKGROUND CHECK STARTED STATUS CHANGE : June 7th, 2018

Side note : My wife already had her medicals done as part of a study permit application around May 2018, so I took those results and sent it via webform to inform IRCC.

I am Feb applicant as well. App sent Feb 12, AOR Mar 9, OWP Jun 12

My agent said hopefully by the end of this month we should hear something, either medical or document request. Hope this help

Congrats! I believe the application processing time for outland applicants is faster than inland applicants. I am still waiting for my medical request. My AOR received on Feb 19, and submitted schedule A on March 15. Nothing changed since than.
