Hi folks,
I just got my result 3hrs ago : R:12 L: 10 W/S: 7, I immediately paid $125 for S&W re-evaluation.

(But I submit my application with 428 anyway.)

Have any of you did re-evaluation from May - now, 2018; I just find one person, not sure what to expect.

PS: I am very very frustrated now, I thought I wrote good but apparently no, I don't think I can do the exam anymore it's too stressful... :(

I know CELPIP sucks, I took it thrice and my latest scores were: L-10, R-11, W-8, S-8. Applied for the for re-evaluation but nothing changed.
I strongly suggest taking IELTS as opposed to CELPIP.

I understand that feeling. Ok so let me elaborate my case a bit.
I took IELTS last year summer, and couldn't get CLB 9 in writing, in fact, I only got a band score of 6. I thought probably it's my handwriting and low wordcount that turned my score down. So I switched to CELPIP as it's a computer-based exam. I took it thrice but always got 8 in writing even after improving my responses with every attempt. I spent around 70 bucks on Paragon official materials but it also didn't help boost my writing score. Finally, I returned to IELTS and got CLB-9 in writing with a single attempt. I didn't to any special preparations for IELTS but I guess all the hard work that I put into my CELPIP trials helped me with IELTS test.

Many other posts, that I read, claim that even native speakers find it difficult to get more than 8 in writing.

Good luck
