Any one receiev rejection email at all?

Hi Guys, I received my confirmation email today also

I have on quick question from the confirmation email, please see below

"3. Print a copy of this letter and write your confirmation number that you received when you submitted your web form here:

Confirmation #:"

My question is I cant seem to remember my confirmation number when I submitted my intention to sponsor my parents in the first place and this was not emailed to me.

Does anybody have the same issue here and know how we can go about to retrieve this confirmation number?

Oh you should have copied the confirmation number and emailed it to yourself, that's what I did.

1/9.5 so it is a very high chance one will not be selected, 85000 people will receive a rejection email and it will take longer time for them to send out the rejection

I dont believe these numbers. almost every friends of mine got selected. this is fishy

Anyone received either selection/rejection email in the last couple of hours? It seems like those people who got email were mostly received it around 10AM Eastern Time, and no rejection emails.

I understand that batch emails of almost 100,000 will take few days, but sounds strange that all of those people who received emails were around same time and all selected.
Looks like they batched emails of selected people first, and unselected later..

not trying to break anyone's hope... but the fact they said you can send the query after may 8th, it's possible that some entries may have been filtered in "remove duplicate" process... that's the only way I can think of someone not receiving emails...
