2017 parents and grandparents visa draw?

Hello,
My intention to this thread is to understand if the draw already happened for 2017 parents and grandparents family sponsorship PR applications?
Please say "yes" or "no" whether you hear anything from CIC yet.

and the email comes from

Hi, can someone please explain me how to calculate the family income from table Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship (2016, 2015, 2014) .

My wife want to sponsor her mother and she started a job in 2014 till present (pay under 36k yearly).

In my family (daugther, myself and wife), so do i calculate the income of 4 persons now including her mother then check table ?

Size of Family Unit: 4 persons
Minimum Income 2016: $58,768
Minimum Income 2015: $57,642
Minimum Income 2014: $57,125

Siblings cannot be co-signors. Only spouses/common-law spouses.

A family size is need to calculate for the income. If you are single and you are the one who got selected, your sole income should meet the income requirements, otherwise you will be refused.
