Thank you so much for your reply, I am feeling easy after all your guys reassurances on the first parts, but really worried about this review required!!!
#:)#

The eligibility at NDVO was error i meant CIO.
#Thank God. I thought I was the one lagging behind.:)#

What do you think is this about R10 or what, i don't get it as Eligibility is Met?
#Haven't seen anything like this before, but it has to be something related to PCC than anything else. But as you mentioned, that in Notes 2 it says Criminality Passed, so the previous review required doesn't mean anything now.#
Have asked legalfalcon also regarding this and you also ask about the documents thing, document number is also mentioned in mine also though, so maybe it is standard.
Will let you know when he answers.

Also can you please tell that in your notes where I have "review required" what do you guys have, if you will be kind enough to mention exact wording, it will be of some help.
# It clearly says, "PASS CRIMINALITY".#
Also under Notes 2 (under label General), ***Agent review*** says Police certificates R10 OK criminality decision passed.
This is dated 14/7/2017 (date NA2 began) and the review required notes are dated 11/7/2017 (date ip1 started), can you please check with your notes and share some insight. As to what is mentioned under this in your notes?

Another question do you have any stautory questions at the end of notes?
Actually
******At the end there are few questions also mentioned, few are regarding "have you ever applied to IRCC and CIC before" to which answer is displayed as "N", few are regarding representative details and consent, what does these questions signify.
He had a refusal in past for study visa which we had mentioned in the application, but the representative told him to the above questions answer should be No, can this cause a huge issue, if yes then what should be done to immediately resolve this, please help. On the edge, put so much in this and all on risk due to his representative's mistake!

# In my opinion, this is a huge mistake. Apart from rejection, your friend could face misrepresentation & a subsequent ban for this. But being rejected first, & approved on second attempt, they might ignore this mistake. Still he should write a nicely worded LOE & raise a CSE immediately. Do the needful & let's hope for the best for him.:)#

Hello friends can anyone tell what's in IP2?
Does It means all eligibility has been checked ? Or they still checking
Generally Ip2 comes up when everything except Security has been cleared. So, one can be a wee bit happier that PPR is very close after Ip2. But, some have reported ADR's, Employer Verification's even at Ip2. But not to worry, as these cases are very very rare.

Hello All,

Since AOR I have had 03 more International trips and will be flying this weekend to.
So do I need to raise a CSE and LOE for this case.
The travels are all small duration 4-5 days, none close to even three month mark for a specific country.

Hey Buddy:)

Ordered Gcms on 12th August. Received on 13th September.
Due Date is 27th September.

Now the most important reply.
Hope is what that is keeping us alive here. So being positive, I am expecting my PPR by the end of this week.:D

(P.S. The absolute silence from Ndvo has made sure to be realistic & not to expect any update in the near future.)

Hiiii Scorpman21

Hello... We have been stuck in NA2 since 19th/20th July 2017.

We have written to CIC twice. We were informed yesterday that our file has been transferred to NDVO. This has to have happened somewhere between the 2 emails i.e. between 29th Aug and 19th Sep. Have also ordered GCMS notes on 2nd Sep.

From what i read on this group we should be prepared for atleast a months wait to move to IP2 and then a while more before PPR.

Im glad for such forums... thank you to those who post here as it helps others get an idea of timelines and processes. Also, please find below a link i came across on the CIC website that spells out the steps VO and case officers have to follow while processing applications. I hope it helps.

No I don't think NDVO has issued ppr to june aor. That guy must have received it from ottawa but maybe he is from India and invariably assumed his visa office id NDVO. People from April and even March are waiting in NDVO.

NDVO is cruel, they do not respond. You can try e-mailing and calling but mostly they do not give any information.
You can try the MP thing, I am doubtful it will work as long as file is in the 6 month period.

I know its sad, but I gather we cant do much, NDVO is a rotten place!
Why would you say they are cruel? Their policy clearly states they don't reply if your application is within processing times, expecting them to reply in that case is expecting a favor

Hi guys.

I am also in NDVO since the last week of August when my documents status changed to 'we do not need additional documents'.,

I guess I'm still in Ip1 though as my bcg says we will let you know when we start your background check. I had to upload an additional document which I did on 8th September
