2.We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on July 19, 2016.
3.We started processing your application on July 19, 2016.

Hi Ray2112. I spent as well around 1300 days. We are on the safe side !!! Just we need to be patient.

Maybe you re right. One of members of this thread Tamara, her application was received in June 13 and she got approved and card was sent on Aug 31. Maybe the nonexpired cards are not priorities.

Dear all,

I thought of sharing my PR renewal timeline.

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on June 13, 2016.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on August 3, 2016.
3. We started processing your application on August 3, 2016.
4. Your request for a permanent resident card was approved on August 25, 2016. Your Permanent resident card will be mailed to you or if quality assurance is required, made available for you to pick up at a CIC office.
5. Your Permanent Resident card was sent by mail on August 31, 2016.

The expiry date of my old PR was November 2015. I haven't applied for PR renewal since then because I assumed that I will get the citizenship soon. My citizenship process has lasted longer than expected so I thought it is time to apply for PR renewal.

Mine as well expires in Feb 2017. I had observed on this thread that some of those whose card have not expited yet, they are waiting more time to get their renewal. Just an observation.
Since we have the same old card expiry, lets keep each other updated then.
