Hi my friends,
I just get interview letter from MIDI. They ask me to bring all of the original documents and present them. Based on your experiences, how can I prepare for this coming interview? Only 1week left and more worse I can't speak and understand French well.

Please help me,

Why do you think French is required during interview?

Thank you guys' reply.

I know they wouldn't test our french knowledge during the interview, but as I know they intend to speak in french at the beginning.

Below is my timeline:

AOR: 17 Jan 2016
interview letter by email: 4 May 2016

Hi there,

Can you please tell me if you are in Quebec with a student visa or work permit ? It will make a different for the processing time.

Also did you present any French exam ?

Thank you and good luck with the interview :)

Hello Flywind1290,

Its a good sign that your file is in the final stage or interview stage.

Dont worry just make sure you have enough points (with or without french) if not you need to gain couple of points in the interview(if you understand french will be added advantage here).
and make sure you take all the documents in a required format(True copies and Originals) as mentioned.

All the best and please dont forget to update here.

but i asked many people they said they never opened file in 4 months...i am so worried...even i asked to lawyer they said this is the first time i am seeing that they called you for an interview in 4 months.

i am tensed now..what should it be?

Don't worry my friend. Just go ahead with full preparation. We don't do anything wrong, why you are so afraid?

dear All,

you need to be sure about one thing, the immigration officer who will meet you for the interview is not there to make you fail, instead, they need just to meet the selected person and check his documents mostly. he will see if you have done some homework regarding the job search, the rent, the area where you intend to live in...
the agent will be there to help you , see it in this way.

good luck
