but i asked many people they said they never opened file in 4 months...i am so worried...even i asked to lawyer they said this is the first time i am seeing that they called you for an interview in 4 months.

interview : 9 may 2016 and approved..

i was getting 49 points.

I think you applied in Quebec experince program?. Because you applied on 27 Dec 2015, Actually 3500 application quota filled on 9 th november !!!

they dont ask anything special, they just want to see your documents and they just wanna make sure that from how long you have been living in quebec and after getting csq you will not leave the quebec...

thank you guys...but i have a question ..in federal i have to mention my work exp from india but when i came first time from india on student visa , my agent did not mention that exp in study permit.
if i mention it now then can cic make any problem?

this will be surely be an issue of not concealing the facts.

I have a friend and he did not mention his one year experience(out of 4) when he applied for student permit and in PR he did. CIC sent him letter asking to explain why did not he conceal the facts and he deliberately lied. Now he has filed a petition.

I guess you should take a lawyer advice since they have everything of what you wrote in the student permit through your UIC.

but if i mention it now and i put explaination that my agent from india when i applied for student visa he didn ot mention my work experiance and now i am mentioning my work experiance because i am not lieng.
