It should be enough. Visa Officers are human too.
and perhaps, Canada's economy right now is not as good. So i think it's
quite normal understandable. People are getting laid off, and a high competition on the market, Just keep on fighting for that application. Have faith and be positive.
as long as your husband can prove he can support himself while he is unemployed, and that he will find a job and or be able to support you when you get here, then it'll be all good. They won't have a ground to deny your application. It clearly stated that as long as the sponsor is not getting welfare from the government, then you are all good.
