Can someone please advise how I can add myself to the spread sheet? When I right click to insert a new row all the options are greyed out. Or if someone could add me that would be most appreciated.

File is being retained in Mississauga for processing.

Am unable to log in to ECAS at all - with sponsor or my details.

It's just a way on protecting it for users who are not really familiar with excel and to prevent on messing it up. On my case, I've accessed ECAS 4 days after SA.. I was able to access it through this link https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/security.do?lang=en&_ga=1.191689900.723180629.1426509100 with the details

UCI Number of the sponsor
Surname of Sponsor
DOB/Place of Birth of sponsor

or

Application No.
Surname of the one whos being sponsored (Applicant)

ECAS can also me accessed using just the Application number along with the sponsors information.
Sometimes that is the only way it will work.

It might seem silly but is you haven't already, try putting a dash in your UCI number ****-**** also the country of birth might need to be changed. For instance my partner was born in Wales, but I have to put England in the field on the CIC website for it to work.

Have you posted on the UK thread too?

There are 3 ways to access ECAS:

Click here then

1. Select Client ID Number from the Identification Type field. In the Identification Number field enter sponsor's UCI (you can find this in your sponsor approval letter). In the Surname field enter the sponsor's surname. Enter the sponsor's date of birth. Select the sponsor's place of birth. Note: Do not choose United Kingdom, choose England/Scotland/Ireland/Wales. For some users they have to choose England even if they were born in Wales.

2. Select Client ID Number from the Identification Type field. In the Identification Number field enter applicant's UCI (you will know this if you have previously applied for a visa from CIC such as a visitor visa, work permit, etc). In the Surname field enter the applicant's surname. Enter the applicant's date of birth. Select the applicants's place of birth. Note: The above note applies here.

3. Select Immigration File Number for the Identification Type field. In the Identification Number field enter your file number (you can find this in your sponsor approval letter). In the Surname field enter the applicant's surname. Enter the applicant's date of birth. Select the applicants's place of birth. Note: The above note applies here.

I wouldn't worry too much about that honestly.

Ours still says application received, despite requests for additional documentation about 30 days ago. I believe a member actually recieved COPR and the CIC website is still showing application received for them as well.

I myself will check it daily sometimes hoping somethings changed (I know that's a bit obsessive especially since they usually update on Tuesdays per the website) I find its more reassuring to read stuff here than to check CIC obsessively though!

Technically, Wales is a Dominion or Principality from the Laws in Wales Acts, as the Government of Wales Acts didn't specifically reclassify it. As such, Canada doesn't list it (similar to Catalonia which has home-rule in Spain).

Congratulations! That took a while! Did they email you or send a post letter?

They emailed in the end. When I checked ECAS on 15th April (NZ time, so 14th April CA) it finally displayed Decision Made on 10th April and stated they had sent a letter. I received a PDF of the letter this morning 16th April (15th April CA).

Ah, I didn't check the list.

Looking now, the whole place is a mess. England, Wales, and UK are all listed. Such a frustrating system. As an aside, my grandfather was from Wales and I've designed traffic signs in Welsh. Pob lwc!
