Based on our AOR, cpc received our application last may 1 but courier says may 4. We were also able to access ecas 4days after aor stating "in process" for sponsorship and "received" for pr. It also shows they started processing sa may 28, 2015. Hoping for approval soon!

so how many people (from April) got the SA?

Looks like 25 April applicants on the 2015 spreadsheet. 22 have AOR, and four of those already have SA.
Those lucky four got SA within 3-6 days after getting AOR and their entire SA process only took 21-29 days.

The rest of us are sitting anywhere from 34-62 days and counting...

I'd love to know how some applications get so far ahead of others.

Good question Ronaldo! I was just thinking the same thing myself.

Today marks 55 days for me and no SA. Keeping my fingers and toes crossed.

Its seems that there has been really no activity today. I am hoping they have been so busy today and then tomorrow we will be flooded with updates!

I haven't. I'm "only" at 51 days. I'm impatient but not worried; if it stretches much beyond the 55 days advertised on the CIC site or the 62 day average we're seeing on the 2015 spreadsheet? Then I might go into panic mode. I'd love to see something this week, but it might very well be middle of June.

I applied around April last week and received AOR on 22 May.
Looks like few April applicants have started receiving SA.
Any April last week applicant received the SA??

No update since then. I contacted CIC yesterday, they said on May 29 your file has been referred for an additional review. It could take days weeks or months for the review process. She told me you can only wait to hear from CIC regarding SA. I guess I am the unlucky one here.

Can you think of a reason why your application would be reviewed?

Divorce, children, low income, previously sponsored someone, was sponsored yourself, police record, welfare, etc.

If you want to share with us of course.

Hope it gets resolved soon!

They are not sending SAs this week, hopefully by next tuesday i will have mine. Do they update your status or send you an email?
