Yes, actually I had an address update to inform when I used the form... And they were very kind to answer and even gave me a "status" of the application (they just told me that my papers were in transit from Canada to Mexico)... You should try it, the worst thing that will happen is for them to ignore your message...

1.- They are asking for the last three months original bank statements. Do I need to make the certificated translation for these statements?

2.- I want to know if you send your PGR letter with a pre-paid courier or how was this process.
