Every single person who wants to apply for FSW2, who must have LMO or LMIA.
So, if you have one of those two, you can submit your files.

When you prepare your application, you need job offer from your employer.

I have LMO that I've got in 2013 and that I used to come to Canada as TWP. Now I applied under FSW2 and got my PER just couple of days ago.
But on their email they have send me link to eligibility criterias for AOE and on that link it says you need to have LMIA.

Does this means my application will be rejected by the VO as I have LMO and not LMIA?

Amro375, Can I ask you did you send the copy of your LMO when you submit your application?

On the Document Checklist it says you need to have Permanent job offer and one of the following two documents:

If you are working under work permit inside canada - Copy of your work permit
Otherwise LMIA

Therefore when I was applying I did not think that you will need LMIA and that LMO might be not accepted.

I am really worrying now if my LMO will be accepted. The LMO has I think only 5 months validity from the moment of issuance so when I applied for FSW it was long expired but I used this LMO in order to get the working visa that is valid for another year.

By the way, I have closed work permit if that makes any difference.

Amro375, yes cos I am currently working in Canada so I thought I only need to send my work permit copy and they are able to trace it ? I didn't send my LMO copy ... so maybe I will get rejected cos of that ? :'(

You should not because:

2/ Technically LMO has expiatory day so most probably yours is already expired and should not count

Having said that, Its always good to sent it just in case to make your process smooth. But I think you should be fine,

Got charged on Nov 16 per PER. My bank told me I was charged on Nov 18.

Got LMO. I think you are safe. It's the same thing. Same with other PER email before for FSW AEO. They are just mentioning the requirements that needs to be met when being process at the VO, same with phd and Fsw1. In our case, the AEO link contains LMIA instead of LMO but before it's LMO on that link before it has been change. applied Oct 10. No news yet. Worried with my application as well because of some flaws on filling up the form. Planning to go to EE charge or not this Dec.

Thanks Amro375, but my problem is I started to prepare to submit FSWP too late .... my current work permit is going to expire on Feb 2015 so I am not sure if my FSWP application will get process before that and not even sure when will I get PER .... :'( Now my best shot is that my boss can get me a new LMIA but so far we are still waiting .... ???

If not then I will still send out the BOWP application before my current one expires because we can't apply BOWP after our current WP expired .... Unless if my boss can get a LMIA then that will be a different story :'(
