If he or she presently working u can put presently working if not u can put a date atleast 6 months from now coz it atleast takes 6 months for lmo approval

Hey yeah I sent it to Ottawa. Now the only thing is that I must get pr card before going to India, probably if I get my passport back by nov end then i will get pr card by end of jan or before. It was such a relief when they said that we can send to Ottawa

Please let me know how you went about locating jobs in Canada? I am in the process of getting the FSW2014 based PR, but no one seems to be interested in interviewing a non-Canadian resident. Please let me know how you guys managed it? Any tips will be welcome. ;D ;D

Hi! Please help me with this. I am trying to apply for a bridging open work permit. I already have PER and my work permit will expire next month. My question is: Am i eligible to apply since i applied under fsw arranged employment? If so, what should i put in form IMM 5710 which asks what am i applying for - a work permit with the same employer, temporary resident permit or work permit with another employer? Any reply would be much appreciated. Thank you.

As long as you have an application under process, u can always work under the old work permit ,even if it's s expired (i am 99% sure).
Man u can apply for an open work permit!! It doesnt have to be related to any employer. Just call cic or ask any consulant (the free ones) and they will guide u.

Not sure. Ask cic. Dont think you should work under an expired work permit.
