Hey yeah I sent it to Ottawa. Now the only thing is that I must get pr card before going to India, probably if I get my passport back by nov end then i will get pr card by end of jan or before. Man u can apply for an open work permit!! It doesnt have to be related to any employer. Just call cic or ask any consulant (the free ones) and they will guide u.
