I have 2 more queries

1) I am married since September, 2013 but till now I haven't changed name and address in my passport so should I apply with the same passport or I need to re-issue it with new name and address? and if I apply with the same passport, it will create any problem in my fsw application as I will put marriage certificate in application

2) I am applying for 2173 and I will have reference letter/contracts/pay stubs from my present employer and I am also having reference letter from my previous employer. but should I have to show pay contracts and pay stub of my all previous employer??

1. No problem to send both passports and marriage certificate together
2. I think your current documents are enough

I'm eligible under the newly included occupation list. Now I have a question. I gave general ielts in 2011 & got a score of 8. Then I gave academic ielts in 2013 & scored 8.5. Now I know that FSW requires general ielts. But can I submit the academic one with the main app now & send the general one later? Since it will take time to sit for general ielts & then receive the results & THEN apply! What to do? ???

Your file will be rejected; wait until you finish new IELTS general test

You need to send general IELTS original result only. If you send acadamic result, it will be of no use. Better you give general test as soon as possible and then send your application. CIC require you to send complete application!

If i have experience in 2 NOCs, will CIC consider total experience while giving points for experience or they will give points just for 1 NOC under which you are applying?

Dear Seniors. I have send my application without birth certificates of myself my wife and my son. Even without marriage certificate. Now today I got new about reopening of fsw 2014. And today I got marriage certificate and birth certificates also.
Plz advice should I request courier to not deliver my application and get back and apply with all documents in fsw 2014. Also want to change noc from 2243 to electronics engg. Plz advice so that I can take right decision urgently.

Have 10 years of exp in 4 companies ..


CIC need working hours/roles responsibilities/salary withdrawn n other things ....it is quite difficult ..

anybody have exp with sending resume n offer and resignation letter only....or this format is mandate..

Bro r u aware that 2173 is regulated occupation ..i know this was not ur qs...but just told as for regulated we need to follow some extra steps
