WES has assessed my 3 years BCS degree from Pakistan as "Three Years of Undergraduate Study". Could any one help how many points can I claim for education?

I have emailed WES for clarification but still waiting for reply.

Thank you wael for your reply.

WES has not mentioned any degree in report . For example, Canadian Bachelor Degree (3 Years).

They have just mentioned "Three Years of Undergraduate Study". As per CIC website, they are looking for COMPLETED CREDENTIALS.

As you already applied for NSNP, it is your own decision to apply for FSWP or not
NB: FSWP takes around 70-80 days to reply by PER, so you will know your result max after 3 months from apply. On the other hand NSNP gives you 6 months after nomination to apply for CIC. You can manage time wisely
thanks Wael

but please Do u know how long it will take to stop accepting applications for FSW?

and what is the PER u stated for FSW

1st question: it depends on CAP filling, may be 1 month for some occupations and may continue one year in another one
2nd question: PER= Positive eligible review which means that your application is complete and your points above 67 then your application will be transferred to further steps

In my Nova Scotia application I didn't mentioned in my work experience the NOC which I am eligible for FSW 2014. Would that be a problem? I feel once you apply in one program all your data are saved in database.

sorry for exhausting u but still have a question

my spouse didn't take the ILETS yet what if I send my application and then send the test results of my spouse later, considering that I need her points to get the thershold..

what do u think?

or better to wait till the results appear and then send altogether

If your score is above 67, apply directly, else, wait until get spouse's IELTS

My occupation is among the new eligible occupations under FSW starting from May 1, 2014. But I am already working in Canada for about one year, will apply for CEC in May (hopefully).

Since the news is quite unexpected, I am still digesting the new option, just wonder if anyone can advise whether CEC or FSW is better for my case? Which will have shorter process time?

Thanks!

Since you are already in Canada, you just apply for CEC. However, the fswp is also a good option. With processing time, there is really no definite accuracy yet on which is faster.
