Sorry to hear this news...but i think there is no appeal to the decision as it is clearly written in instruction guide of NS RLMD.

Write very good reasons why you want to stay in NS. Google info about the economy, education, life etc in NS.

Sorry to hear about your case. However, I would like to commend you for inspite of the decision you were still willing to update the forumers here...

I am not sure if you can advise us if the refusal was a general statement or if they specified which area in your settlement plan they were not satisfied...

In the letter is written "you have failed to demonstrate intention to settle in Halifax, Nova Scotia"
