yes, you have a point there...I found this post in this thread, NewPlan2014 and coolleo mentioned both recd the pre-screening emails but appeared to have applied for SINP too...

1. financial capacity / current job/salary
2. age
3. family background.....

Does receiving FN means almost getting nomination?
Or many applicants will receive FN, e.g.600,but 150 will be selected.

almost but not quite yet...

applicant will still go through the assessment process, and if you turn out to satisfy all of what NSOI is looking for, then you get the nomination.

put it this way, having the FN means you are one step closer there...soooo!! near yet still just a wee bit far....

...and yes, they may have issued more FNs but will only select the best 150...

anyway congrats....

Well I see your points and hope you are right. I am not trying to be pessimistic, but at same time I think we ought not to get overly optimistic either given how they seem to easily change the "rules of the game" on applicants. I have seen this before where CIC takes in many applications, there is great overload, they cannot manage and simply end up cancelling applications in huge numbers. So this acceptance of applications till April 28 may not be significant.

I am just saying hopeful yes, but temper the over optimism!

Its hard to conclude until you confirm whether those guy disclosed in their forms about Saskatchewan. I know so many people who have pending apps but didn't say it. Until those guys speak.

Just to clarify, it was found both Newpaln and Cooleo have not applied for SINP according to the spreadsheet of NSNP spreadsheet. During the analysis, both of them did not get FN email. As I was suspecting, if someone applied for other province they might not get FN email but for this two case it was against the assumption. After some searching, it was found Cooleo forget to mention about his SINP application and Newplan was found in the SINP spreadsheet. And assume that NSNP somehow get information from other PNP whether an applicant and this is why they did not get FN email.

As someone told in the forum, NSNP cannot get information from other PNP whether an applicant applied-apparently it seems to be true.
