Like I mentioned before on this thread. They aren't clear in the selection criteria. And this leads that all applicants make many assumptions. For instance they never said who applied in other province will be rejected. .

snail mail = regular mail they did not use courier
they sent me my complete package

I don't think they trace anything, I was naive telling them my previous application to Saskatchewan

My dear, sorry about that disappointment from NS. they do not have a direction, they are acting the way they want. Do not be discouraged in pursuit of PR to canada. look for other avenue of making it to canada.

I wish instead of inviting everyone to apply and then changing their criteria unfairly they had just said exactly what they wanted then people would not waste their time applying only for them to change the benchmark. If they really want people to make a life there its time for them to remember that immigrants are human we should not be treated like this and played with

Whether u applied b4 to any province or FSW13. And mentioned ur destination other than NS

It looks weird, how they jumped from 10th Mar to 28th Mar. Or people r not sharing update inbetween

Nova Scotia Start Mail is not from the NSOI
It sent email to everyone who had tried to register on the website.

Yes, my letter dated May 1 2014, says
" The NSOI is not satisfied that you intend to live in Nova Scotia permanently, As recently as January 2014 your intended destination in Canada was
Saskatoon, Saskatchewan"

I sent to them my letter from Saskatchewan my letter mentioned thay I was not accepted because cap reached.

I was so foolish , because I mentioned Saskatchewan.

My Friend, Now FSW 2014 is open, then why don't you want to apply in FSW 2014? Are you and other friends like you eligible for FSW 2014?

I would say by June first week there will be an increase in the number of Application in-take (150 cap)..Immigration minister already hinted about this earlier...citing this article and the previous article in the middle of the April. Thanks for posting the article !!!
