Is there any body know that 2173 Software Engineers and Designers occupation is regulated occupation or not regulated.?

If Regulated to whom i have to communicate in nova scotia for it. please help me in this regard

Are you sure to apply under this noc , because 2174, Computer Programmer is not regulated in Nova Scotia

noc:3111, Ielts band:7, I live outside of Canada and have no connection to Canada. I DIY my application.

After pre-screening, I suppose everyone with complete application can get a FN.

Congrats lovelysheep. It could well be that everyone with complete application will get an FN but like the rumour yesterday, it could be that packages demanding the most attention are being attended to first as they were received. NOC 3111 is in very high demand in a few provinces including NS. It is a scarce and in high demand noc code

Congrats to guys who received the FN and confirmation. Myself has not received anything. The point which I am wondering is lovelysheep just told that she has no connection to Canada.

As far as my application goes, I was an FSW2013 with location preference as Toronto, Canada. Then I was an SINP 2014 with location preference as Sasketchewan. Now I am applying for Halifax, NS. Could this be a deciding factor ? Seniors, pls advise as they might feel that my intention is not fully settling down in NS

I opine that, if they already has a huge profile then why they would consider incomplete profiles just because that profile reached earlier?

Nope, They will not do that, This save lot of man power and even save time to contact people to send updated documentation...

I am sorry but as per my opinion application with IELTS AC is not incomplete as they themself clearly mentioned on their site that Academic will do and no problem also at present they have not mentioned any where that NSNP will not accept I academic just for CIC you need I Gen thats what they saying and also it is obvious that if someone scores above 6 in I Ac than it is understood that he can easily get +8 in I gen. I think in no way the application is termed as incomplete application as they themselves have agreed to accept it now if someone sends application on that basis it reaches to them after 10 days they have to give benifit to them because of their previous acceptance on their site. Yes they can ask the applicant to send IELTS gen with CIC application. But I strongly beileve that in the end what counts is your luck and God's will for your future.
