I have found two important points in Frequently Asked Questions of Nova Scotia website:

1- We will be updating the website as we progress toward meeting the 150 cap.

2-Q: Do I need to take the IELTS General test if I’ve already passed the IELTS Academic? A: Yes. If you are using the IELTS as proof of language, it must the IELTS General. CIC does not accept IELTS Academic when processing applications for permanent residency.

It means that they have not met enough qualified applications so far (from point#1) and also they have announced in advance for those who do not have IELTS academic that would need the IELTS GENERAL score after nomination (from point #2)...

What is your opinion guys?

In first place I still don't understand why they make you fill out this form, you need anyway to send original directly to Sydney in second stage, here I suppose you can make any changes in your application, like correct the visa office.

Actually, something could change from the time you apply and get the nomination, so I believe is perfectly right to update this form as needed.

I think they want cic forms to be filled to see if u stand admissuble from CIC too.. There is no point to nominate an applicant if his application seems likely to be rejected by CIC

Point no. 1 says.. We will update about number of applications accepted on the site as they progress.. This means they havent yet started processing files.

2.ielts academic is still acceptable by NSIO and one may b nominated with IELTs academic. But they need to get IELTS general score because CIC accepts only IELtS general module score

hello according to this document

"You do not have to show that you have these funds if:

you have a valid offer of arranged employment in Canada AND
you are currently working or authorized to work in Canada."

The process is still open, meanwhile if you don't have your IELTS, you could use your current work as proof of your language proficiency

noc 2132, look in the job sites in Nova Scotia, to check the demand for this professionals

They sent me a pdf to inform me I got FN.

During this stage, processing of your application can take up to three months or more depending on the time required to verify your documents and the volume of applications received by this office.
