Is that all the education,work experience and training certificates copy to be certified by Notary or other authority's listed in the web site?

If yes tell me which documents to be certified?

Btw, what website demands that your certify ? Definately not the official website

Is an english test absolute neccessary to apply? Next test would be in mid April and we are already late to apply.
We have 9 years of canadian work experience, would that be enough proof for them?
We do not qualify to apply under the Canadian Experience class, since we left Canada in 2009 and lost PR.

Hello all!

I checked the document check list, I believe if we can proof emploment history in Canada we do not need the English test to apply:

Language Ability
You may provide one or more of the following, showing that you meet

Copies of test results
from one of the designated testingagencies

It's very good news that this PNP is now accepting application without job offer.

Here is my background.

I am Electronics Engineer by education and Software/Application programmer by profession.
I have 12 years of experience in IT field.
My IELTS score is as below
Reading: 5.5
Listening: 5.5
Writing:6.5
Speaking: 7

Please let me know if I am eligible for PNP.

Oh no! I've already resubmitted my missing documents along with a cover letter and they arrived yesterday only two hours after the FAQ was released on their website, and again they were signed for by someone called A. Parker. Hopefully they have added or will add them to my original application package...

Please advise, if its too late to send the documents now, since the cap is 150 only.

After that sign the forms
Then Copy all these forms and send copies to Nova scotia,
keep the original to apply to CIC once NS Nominate you
