because some people were blaming me earlier. Just keep in mind that Cap is always there in provincial program because they got the number from Federal.
However, good things that they are really doing fantastic jobs for their province. Not like saskatchewan province, they selected first 250 files without checking any documents and information which provided by applicants.

You may be correct. People are in this forum don't understand 'the Canadian immigration system'.
Cap is always there in regardless of federal or province category. However, NSNP is not going to declare anything yet because they don't want to select application based on first come first serve basis or initial 150 or any numbers. Due to that reason they are accepting file. unlikely SINP...
