Hi i believe that should be okay.. But still submit ur bank account statement as well irrespective of funds in it.. Also i heard from few ppl in this forum that u take a written declaration from spouse if you are showing funds from their account.. Make sure to get it signed by your wife on the declaration..DANOPAL said:pls advise if its acceptable for proof of funds to be in spouse name, like while showing POF at a later stage to CIC , will it be ok if fixed deposits and bank statements are in spouse name.
is it the same for FSW ??
thanks in advance.

I will like to know if any other form is required to be completed or just the NSNP100_Application Form alone?
Thank you for your time.
Thank you so much. With regards to proof of funds, do I need to submit now the bank statement in applying for nomination or later on when you already nomited by Nova Scotia?can2174 said:Yes definetly u can apply .. Make sure ur job profile matches with NOC code..and ur employment and settlement plan is aligned with NOC job description.. Also make sure ur reference letter highlights ur skills or role which is aligned with NOc code..coz reference is required at CIC stage
It would be good to submit your job responsibilities. Also appointment letter, relieving letter.. Acceptance of resignation, promotion letter and pay hike letter can be submitted. Submit whatever you have to proove that you have experience in your specified occupationGoCanadago-Urvi said:Hi,
