I believe that you need to use 'Pen' as other people did it.

Is 2174(Computer programmers and interactive media developers) a valid NOC for NSNP.
The confusion comes from the In-Demand Occupations list which doesnt list 2174 but it also has a link for the complete NOC list including 2174

Please, be sure to read relevant info about how many immigrants are granted every year to NS, specifically Economi class (Regional Labour Market Demand Stream), last 2012 more than 1,600 came to the province.

So if they want to increase that amount of immigrants, guess how many will come in 2014 and 2015.

For NSNP 100 Application , can i fill it through PDF and then printed except sure my signature or i have to fill it totally with Pen ?

If you can able to fill it up in the pdf then better because you can edit and save it anytime you want if not you hav to fill it up by hand. Let me know if you can fill it up with Adobe Pdf Reader because I tried it but it does not work...
