My application received on 10 March 2014.
And it seems to I've missed Schedule 4 in my package - I didn't make copies of docs because of rush. But it baffled me that they required IMM5406, cause we're in 3 too.

I think they are rejecting apps on the slightest exclusion. They have 3000 plus to choose from. In FSW, make sure you put NA where not applicable and not leave anything blank.

Listed Forms are mandatory for all, Just fill NA / Not applicable in the place where needed.
Incomplete or blank form and missing form is the first point of rejection

OMG, I did not filled "Statutory Declaration of Common-Law Union (IMM 5409)" Form, i think this form is for those peoples who are not married.
Do married couples have to fill this form too??? please help

We follow the instructions stated in the application
Guide and many form they told us "If applicable"
It is a vey unfair they tell you now your
App is incomplete because we follow the rulesi

...immigration process would not be fair enough if their evaluation will base their assessment on minor errors on paper work... but we can not do anything it is their rules and we must follow....

i check my application file copy and found some mistakes also......goodluck!!!!

Additional Family Information (IMM5406) is mandatory for all, whatever is the count of ur family... everyone have to fill this form put NA or Not applicable if required.

it is not mandatory. You have to fill the forms applicable to you. This according to thr guideline. This is not fair

It's coming to something when I had to fill IMM5406 since I have not any dependats over the age of 18 and all my family is in IMM 5669.
Was it NSNP officer mistake or just formal denial?
Based on "your file closed" I fly over the RLMD this year... What do you think of that?

what is wrong if you put Not Applicable whereever it is necessary. Applications can be rejected with minor mistakes...
