Thanks for the info i have submitted the application for Manitoba.

Is there any chance to apply for manitoba without knowing anyone there

Yes, you apply using the Morden Initiative, is a city in Manitoba, in their web site you can find all the information,
basically you send by e-email an application, and if the city is interested in you, they invite you to Manitoba
to explore the city and see if you can work and live there.

You need to have a profession they are interested at. (No computer people)

You need to spend one week in this city, at end the of the week you need to travel to Winnipeg to have an interview with
a immigration officer and if you convince this officer they sent you after (4 months) your provincial nomination letter.

I tried this on January , but my profile was not suitable for them.

2. Is there any cap for the scheme ?
3. Generally speaking how long the process will take place ?

Since I have applied on 18 th April for NS nominee program, I hope am not late.
