2013 July application tracker to CIO Nova scotia

Any idea how much time do they need to reply for GCMS request? IT's been more than 3 weeks but ni reply yet. I also sent email too CPP-Ottawa and CIO, NS and its also almost 3 weeks and waiting to hear back from them. Any idea, when may they reply or average time to get an answer from them.

No update for me too.. I'll try again next week.. This month is almost half way through so I hope we hear something soon.

If you guys follow a similar timeline to me then you'll hear around a month from now

I applied on June 20th and got an email today to say my COPR was mailed out on Tuesday

CIO, NS and CPP-Ottawa replies within 20 working days.

I sent my inquiry to CIO,NS on 31st Jan and got replied on 28th Feb. The other inquiry to CPP-Ottawa was sent on 13th Feb and got replied on 11th March.

So I would say wait for another week.

I am not sure about GCMS request.

I'm from a visa exempt country.

All I had to send in was a scanned copy of the ID page of my passport.

COPR is just mailed out to me directly without a passport request

It is really hard this waiting especially with no update for long time like that ...

June 2013 applicant here

Here's my timeline:

File received at CIO NS: June 20th

Medicals: Late August

In Process/RPRF Fee requested November 19th

Additional Docs requested November 26th (Updated personal history and travel)

and that's all I've heard.

I requested GCMS notes at the start of February and got them back last week.

Eligibility: Passed
Criminality: Passed
Security: Blank
Medical: Passed

From GCMS notes it looks like all checks were instigated in Nova Scotia before file was forwarded to Ottawa in early December. Notes section indicates it's undergone an initial review by an officer in Nova Scotia (which I didn't think happened there) and has been sent for security check and final review in Ottawa.

Haven't heard anything from them since the RPRF email

I applied Federal under SINP, MY medical was done in october,2013 and its been already 6 months, i was waiting for PPr request

But CPC- Ottawa transferred my file to New York Consulate in this month and said in email to wait for another 2 months....

Does anyone know please?????????????? how long they will take to finalize my file...

what are the reasons for this trensfer? what is the visa office in your application form?
what is your timeline?Why specifically New York Office?

Can you guys make anything out of this.. What would this mean.. is it there for final review or what....
