2013 July application tracker to CIO Nova scotia

Hi Forummates,

I applied for a RCMP Civil Criminal Record Check in RCMP Ottawa on September 2013 then I sent an email
to their office for a follow up on November 2013. They replied to me in January this year but they told me
that my certificate was already forwarded directly to CIC Sydney Case Processing Centre in Nova Scotia.
My question is why did they sent my certificate directly to CIC Sydney wherein I have attached a return envelope
in my application??? As far as my knowledge is concern, when you put a return envelope they are suppose to send it back
to your address...Is there anyone here who have the same case as mine? Do you think that this is just normal?

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

When you did finger printing, if you put the address of CIO as destination instead of your own, the RCMP will send the certificat to CIO directly. When I did finger printing last time, they asked me if I would like the certificate send to me or to CIO directly. Coz I need my home country certificate send together to CIO, I put my own address. They sent it to me within one week.

The one you filled in for PNP - you had to write which visa office you wanted to process it.

This is for the people who recently got PPR. I want to know is there a specific time of day when they send the PPR email or it can be any time of the day...??

I have got my PPR email at 7pm on a weekday. And another friend of mine got the email around 9pm. And there are few others who got it on the weekend.
So there is no specific time that they'd be sending the PPR email. I have had checked my email like 100+ times a day since I saw Decision Made update on Ecas. So, I understand how it feels.
