u only need to fill out only the document that send you on mail and only that u are sending ? and payer is your owner of a credit cart i think.

The email you got from CIO before you got the email for the MR stating that they have received you application and that it is complete is AOR - Acknowledgement of Receipt

So I should have received 2 emails.? One with my AOR and a second email with medical plus file number?

So I had the RPRF request and the email stated that the best way to send the receipt is through email to CIO-sydney.

But the issue, is the official receipt does not include payer information...should i print, write it out by hand and then scan and send?

or is the right way to do it is to simply attach the receipt to the email.

Seems like our time line is same. I have given my medical exam on october 19,2013.
Does it really matter in terms of category if i have applied under SINP ?
