Yes (delay due to business travel... just arrived home)

Just received my 2nd set of notes on June 3rd, ordered online May 1st onlline.
First set was ordered arrived May 1st, ordered by mail ~April 18th.

Since the last notes arrived, here the new entries:

They recently wrote to clarify whether they remained so as we have also submitted the application fee, police certificates and medicals for them. Kids have now opted to remain non-accompanying and will not join us in Canada.

thats correct! Medical validity determine the entry deadline into Canada.
