Just got an email to submit Additional Family Info IMM5406 again for my spouse. The email mentions that it was not filled properly, wondering what they mean by this. It's a simple form, with details of additional family members, and filled exactly the same way I filled mine.

just review it again and make sure that all names are written correctly and matching the official documents, maybe they want to make sure that it is correct.

Just for confirmation, when filling for my wife I should mention her as the Applicant (although I am the primary applicant) since they require all details of her family, right?

I am pretty sure I did this. Other than that, when I applied she was not in canada and had a different address. May be they want to have her present address on file "officially".

from what i see you have valid RCMP till 6 September 2014 so why it is pending.

may be they are checking RCMP as a last check before final decision.

I have question friends : My primary office stated centralized intake office and secondary office is CPC-Ottawa.
So where is file right now?

Also Paper file location is PS. What is PS?
Application status reason : in progress-CP. CP means Ottawa?

No passport back yet, they received it on May 22nd. One of my friends had to wait for 2,5 month, hopefully it won't take them that long. Has anybody received passport back yet?
