Hello ,

I had a quick question. as I mentioned above that I got request to submit RPRF fee again but all my emails to date have come from the centralized intake office, does that mean, my application hasn't moved to CPC Ottawa yet?

Thanks for any replies.
what is your primary office mentioned in your application? it is also shown in your GCMS notes if you got one

Looking the other posts here for June 3rd, it would appear our GCMS requests are processed in batches :)

So mine came today and will review and reporting anything interesting.

Also received was a request for clarification. As mentioned before, our application is for 4 souls and two of us are adult dependents, 18-21 years old. They have previously indicated they did not intend to immigrate to Canada. But, as we all know, they must be included in our application nevertheless.

Absent any CIC directives in the instructions for the CIC application packet regarding immediate family members who do not intend to immigrate, what forms/fees to provide and what not to, the two young family members have completed their medicals anyway as well as their fees paid in the interest of moving our application along without delay.

This approach appears to have "bitten us in the ars" so to speak as they now request written clarification as to whether they will actually join us on arrival as we have indicated on the original application form "No" as to whether they will accompany.

So I will contact our two cheribs for this clarification. If they have changed their mind and want to join us, then CIC requests an updated General Application IMM0008.

So I suspect this will delay things another monthly cycle while I respond to CIC and then they will then review and continue processing.

Hopefully soon, we will at least see a "In Process" on the ECAS status page. It still says AR.

Hi Seniors,

I am new to this forum and I have a few questions to ask, hope you can help me.
I submitted my application to CIO Sydney, NS in January 2014 under AINP. Finished medicals already and now waiting for "in process"
in my ECAS. Now, my question is with regards to my current job, do I still have to maintain the number of hours work per week as what had stated in my contract? If I will get below number of hours per week, do you think CIC will question me about this? I asked a few people regarding this matter, some say that it doesn't matter anymore since I already submitted my PR Application and some say that I still need to maintain the number of hours per week as stated in my contract. I am so confused.

Please advice. I will appreciate any thoughts.

Thanks.

i dont think that will delay your application, i think they want to make sure their final intent so they will know how many visa will be issued.

and it is a good sign telling you that they are working in the case now.

As you received your new GCMS, please share with us the status of ASSESSMENTS, PAPER FILE (Summary and Detailed) and ASSIGNMENT

Good luck :)
