"It has been determined that you meet the eligibility requirements to apply for permanent resident status as a member of the spouse or common-law partner in Canada class."
Best thing I've read in ages! So exciting!!! Hopefully a DM is not too far away
Tomorisu - have you gotten your mail yet??
Congrats for your baby! I can't remember the date I got my CSQ, I think at the beginning of March. ^jg84 said:Hopefully you do, at least CPC Vegreville are getting on with the applications now!
I have added your timeline to the spreadsheet, the only information I need is when you sent your CSQ application.
CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! Man, CIC has been seriously making up for lost time today!MsJMo said:Hello everyone! We got DM!!!
"We are pleased to advise you that processing of your application has been completed."
Esthersun I hope you get your letter or email soon.
And Tomorisu, yours must be coming very, very soon!! I have fingers crossed for you!
Same for me, with medical exam and police certificate, also done in April (before CIC requested them, and AGAINST the advice of the CIC Call Centre representative!). This forum literally shaved months off of my wait time, as I couldn't have received DM without those documents in my file.wortip said:Congrats to all the recent AIP and DMs! If it wasn't for this informative group incouraging me to have my medicals and police certificate done back in April, I wouldn't have received AIP and DM all in one shot! Thank you to all!
Happy holiday times are coming!
My husband questioned my decision to do everything in April. He hasn't stressed much about this process compared to me ???QuebecOkie said:Same for me, with medical exam and police certificate, also done in April (before CIC requested them, and AGAINST the advice of the CIC Call Centre representative!). Glad we had this forum, where we could learn from many voices of experience, rather than the few voices of "professionals."wortip said:My husband questioned my decision to do everything in April. He hasn't stressed much about this process compared to me ???
Even the fingerprinting service hassled me about not having a request from CIC. Blah!
