2012 Quebec Inland Applicants

Geez they are working on february application now, congratulations coucou.
There is no standard time for 2nd stage because some get it fast like between a month or some needs to wait longer. Some get decision made for both stages at the same time.
I guess it has to do with if your file is complete (medical and police up to date) and mostly where the applicant is from, what age etc...
Usually once you get AIP letters for both sponsor and applicant there won't be any interview because it means they trust the relationship; the only interview should be for the landing at the end.

Thanks for your answer. I have already done my medicals. Actually I did them the day before receiving the email from CIC. I don't think this will speed up the process, but at least it is something else done. Do you know how roughly it takes from AIP to DM. Is there an interview in the between?

I did my medicals the day I received my aip thru email. I think it will take 2-3 months before the medical result will appear in their system. Regarding the interview, I dont think there will be any... Let's keep updating each other since we have the same case.

We're still waiting... We sent CSQ request on 28 of August and nothing yet... tomorrow will be a month. I called them today and they told me our application is still in process but it won't take long...

Hello, the process to get CSQ is quite straight forward and easy through spouse sponsorship.
Usually you hear about MICC after 3 or 4 weeks (in our case at least) you receive the CSQ in the mail and MICC is sending the CSQ to CIC directly you don't need to care for that.
The CSQ itself will give you the opportunity to have access to free language course, but you need to wait the AIP to apply for health and Open Work permit. Once the CSQ is delivered CIC is continuing the process; Quebec CSQ is just a kind of Veto on who is selected for our "distincT" province

hello guys.....
my husband submitted my file on the 3rd of dec 2011....it was approved on the 30th of jan 2012 and then was sent to islamabad embassy.....quebec selection also approved.....since then wenever i check my status online its shows "Application Received". my medical will also expire on the 1st of nov 2012.......no reply from them still.....just waiting.......hoping for the best inshallah.....

By the way I got Decision Made on my Ecas. It says that they sent me a letter on the 25th but I still haven't received it so I can't wait to see it.
