2012 Quebec Inland Applicants

Hi guys,

I just received an email from CPCV stating that the processing of my application is finally complete and that CIC in Montreal will contact me concerning my status.

I received AIP on September 21st, that means the second stage for me was 4 months long only.

I am super happy and hope to receive the call as soon as possible.

Hi,

CIC did not ask for any additional data but the one I sent originally. Basically I just waited for 4 months.
To be honest, a couple of months ago I was told by a CIC agent that my case was straight-forward and that I should have expected an answer before the 8month average.

I am very grateful that DM has arrived so early.

Hi guys!!

Do you now how long does it take to get the SCQ?? We sent all our papers January 9th, our letter from CIC said we need to send it before april, I know they sent it directly to them and one copy to us, but I have no clue of how long is the process and ... when to start freaking out for not getting it hahah!!

usually i think it takes 4-6 weeks. hopefully, by end of feb you'll receive it

I am wondering: is there any 2012 Quebec Inland Appplicant that received his/her PR card yet?

I looked back and saw a few who landed in November or December, but nobody mentioning a PR card.

hi Chickadee, sure i will definitely inform you! I am expecting for it to arrive by first week of feb (fingers crossed). Maybe Vinlader and MDNA might receive their PR cards first.

hello everyone! I noticed a change on my ecas, when I checked today, these has been added,
"You entered Canada at the Inland Services, Montréal office on December 6, 2012 and became a Permanent Resident",
maybe it's a sign that my card is coming soon? I hope

my ecas also has changed to the same as you lyn, but no PR card yet... i'll call them soon!

My wife's ecas changed too : You entered Canada at the Inland Services, Montréal office on November 27, 2012 and became a Permanent Resident.
