Question for 2011 applicants, who have started a petition.

Do you agree that 2010 applicants should be granted visa first and then your application shall be looked into???

as you can see, most of 2011 files are still waiting for sponsorship approval or med request, but some 2014 and 2015 have done the med or submitted passports.
on the other hand, most of 2010 applicants have landed
i also agree 2010 who haven't finish the file should start a petition, they have waiting for more than 6 YEARS!!!!

Is anyone who received sponsorship approval in March 2016 and case transfer to Ottawa office get any update or medical request? Please note i asked about Ottawa office keep in this mind. My account shows Sponsorship "in Process" and my parents PR status shows "Application received" and i received my sponsorship approval in March 2016 but it still shows In process.

Please give anyone who get any update from Ottawa after case transfer to that office in March 2016.[flash=200,200][/flash]

I am exactly in your situation. Approval on March 8 from Ottawa, nothing else since then.
Sponsorship: "in Process" PR: "Application received"

No one from 2014 has submitted passports... only a few medical requests... I personally haven't had medical requests and I'm 2014, and in all fairness, we have been waiting since 2012 to apply, but they put the hold on applications... 2015 is however pushing forward before us... someone has had the request to pay right of permanent residence fee... it doesn't matter how we seem to look at it, it's unfair on all of us right now except 2015... I suppose 2016 will start being processed soon!

hi, i think Ottawa office is precessing to send med request base on the time we first submitted the application on 2011.
when did you submit your application?
i submitted on Nov 2011, file transferred to ottawa on Mar 4 2016, and no more updates......

For them its OK if cic is processing their application ahead of 2010 and 2011,

but if cic starts to process 2015, then they start "its not fair for all of us"

2011 batch waiting until all of 2010 batch has been processed is technically un-reasonable. If there were some files from 2010 with challenges, and everyone in that queue gets delayed,
In my opinion CIC / CPC should not open / assess 2011 files until all of 2010 files have been assessed AT LEAST once. But not wait until each and every file in 2010 batch is granted with a visa. It’s not practical to wait until all the 2010 files are Pre Assessed, corrected, re-assessed and processed and visa issued.
But the situation here is different. There are lots of folks in 2011 batch whose files have not been opened at least once (this information from GCMS notes), and there additional documentations were submitted in 2015, and Acknowledgement received stating that application is COMPLETE and it’s in the Queue. And at the same time you see folks for 2015 batch getting Approval, Metical, PCC and PP request.

as far as i know, about 2 weeks ago, Ottawa sent med request to applicants who submitted before jul 2011.
recently Ottawa didn't send med request to applicants after that.... and no updates online....
