Thx Soonihope for quick reply, we haven't disclose it, we thought since it was minor it would show on the record, it was a building permit excess, and the city took my dad to court and made him pay 150 euro, and now he ended up with penal offence,I don't know if we should send it or wait until November when it will be off the computer, let me know what you think, thx

As pointed out by Soonihope Ji you need not to worry. As per your version fine of 150 euro through court for building permit excess is not a crime but is simply violation of building norms like in India. Penality of 150 euro for building plan violation is not a cognizant officer. Penality is is fine not punishments. In India it never goes to Police. I am sure your father act is not offence of criminal nature it is simply exceeding building by laws which are always earn penality. At the most before applying for PCC you may take opinion of your local consultants of your country. Instead of putting pressure on mind it is better to have paid consultation in your native country. Pl be relax & I wish for early solution of this problem.

Hi welcome to the forum. It is not uncommon when you have a dependent on your application for the file to be referred to the local visa office for approval.
Don't worry they will just be checking your siblings information most probably to ensure they meet the requirements as a dependent. As long as every is is in order i.e their age when you applied or as long as they are still dependent and not got married or something else then everything will be ok.

Almost 5 years :-\ of waiting is over. My Mom got her passport back yesterday with a shiny visa! ;D ;D Now we need to plan the landing.
This never ending process is finally complete for us. Good luck to people who are still waiting. I hope you get good news very soon and reunite with your family within the next few months.

Yes my sponsor did dna on 7 july but I didn't receive any information from Lab yet. did ur doc send any information to delhi and ur sponsor? how do we know that our VLO get the result from Lab in Canada?

It's not a fillable form that can be validated and electronically submitted. You need to print, sign, scan and upload the consent form.\Regards...
