I also got letter from CPC-M ( dated 16 July 2015 ) asking for additional forms Option-C etc. Its pretty stupid coz I send them last year. Now it takes another 2 weeks to get option-C.

Does anyone know here how to get option-C faster ?

Also CRA call center doesn`t even pick phone. its worse call center ever. You have to call 5-6 times before hearing even ring tone.

Additional Docs requested:	Feb 2014 (Complications with Accompanying vs. Non Accompanying dependents)

Now, the Sponsor Approval Letter has the following:
However, London Visa Office specific instructions (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/E33023.pdf) from Aug 2014 state:
So, I would like the opinion of veterans here:
1. Which one takes precedence? Letter sent to me directly (without any medical forms) or the London Visa Office specific instructions? Should I wait for the LVO to request these, and possibly additional documentation, and submit them all together?

2. They had requested additional documentation for my second sister (who was not originally on the application) as they said that she was deemed non-accompanying dependent because she was under 22 when application was filed in 2009. She is now married and resides in the United States. Would her medical be required as well?

Its been 8 months and we have not received any medical response from LVO. Can anyone suggest something?

No sponsorship approval yet. They are asking option C printout of 2013 and 2014 for me and my co-signer. I know in GCMS notes they said I met all requirements but I guess since added co-signer they are asking again. I send 2013 last year for both of us but now they need 2013 again and 2014.

Don't forget to Include the SA when you send the emedical info sheet.

I sent the enquiry 7 days ago but today when we spoke with IOM clinic again they told us that they sent all the results and if more tests were needed CIC would ask us. Hmmm..... Now, I am totally confused as in my enquiry I already told Visa office about fracture and that my mother cannot come for more tests for 6 weeks. What shall I do now? I am worried about unnecessary delays in my parent's file.

I received Police certificate request on July 8th which were delivered to the processing office on July 20th.

Today i received another email requesting scanned copies of the applicant & their spouse passport copies.

why cant they just ask for all the documents together when the requested the medical reports? Is there anything else they will request that i should just send it anyway?

Medical of my father was done on 25.5.2015 on contact CIC I was told that every document is ok medical is fine and in order. They are working. Can you throw some light what type of working cic is doing especially when medical done 2 months back is ok and in order and what is back ground chek If you see forum members some have got PPR within 1 month of medical and in our case 2 months have expired and despite cic confirmation of medical is fine, what type of working they are doing and what is background checking. in your opinion how more we have to wait for ppr. father on supervisa since november last and cpc ottawa is looking after the case.
