on your VSF receipt there should be a tracking number of 8-10 digit, go to VSF india site and can track the status of your passport. hope this helps.

I received an e-mail today that we need to submit police report for my dad and mum with in 45 days. Can the reports be scanned and emailed or they have to be physically mailed to the visa office?

I should have submitted them when i submitted the other documents last year....i would have been receiving a passport request now if i had done that

All PCC should be sending in Original form, no scan or no emailing. They would ask you again even you had sent it last year, cause PCC valids only 6 months, some cases maximum 1 year.

we got an email from New delhi visa office requesting passport submission either through VFS in India or to CPP- Ottawa if my parents will be in Canada at least for the next 3 months

11 months in my parents' case

Thanks...my mom did her follow medical on June 1st, was hoping to hear from them by now. ECAS shows decision has been made. When I checked it, I saw this - We sent you correspondence in March about the decision on your application. The only thing I got in March was the request for her Birth Certificate which I send to them via courier the same week.

my parent' got medical request In e-mail that is IMM1017 B or up front medical check up and after that I didn't receive any other e-mail from cic. my Q is that one real medical request or will they send me another request because my panel physician submitt the medical result on 20 june but as per my ecas nothing change yet like they received it or no is it normal, because usually saw on this forum people ecas changed in 2 weeks. I am getting worried. please help thanks

Hi Lakha
You should not worry ad ecas is usually updated lately. In our case ecase shown medical results received exactly after 28 days from the date of medical. Hope you will see changes in ecase soon. If you go through msg of Gurunanak in above lines he has clearly told that they received PPR few days before then decision made shown in ecas. Wish you early confirmation of medical.
