Hi everyone,

Just wanted to share the good news that I got my parent medical request today.

As you may know that I had wrtitten to the Ottawa VO on May 13, asking for timeline and to update emai address l to file. They replied today , JUne 29th with the medical form for both of them,

OK, now a another question that I am hoping you all can advice on. My sister is planning to come on vistor visa.

In 2005 her applciation was rejected for vistor as she is educated and unmarried. Now 10 years later she has a goverment job and has travelled to Europe , dubai and singapore. She wanta to try for vistor visa again , but is afraid that my parens are also coming, her visitor visa may get rejected , since canadian immigration could feel that she has no reason to go back.

congrats on the email for medicals. did you see Dr. Garrett in Kitchener. How was this experience. was he a nice doctor.

My mom went to Dr. Scott. I beleive he is a partner of Dr. Garrett. They are really good and very helpful physicians

Just so for everyone`s benefit. I ordered GCMS in May 28 and recieved June 28/29. It is good help for people like me who are awaiting sponsership approval. It let you see how much income they evaulated, notes and if income is met for certian years etc.

It is only $5 and I will advise you especially if you are awaiting for sponsership approval for long time. There are companies who charge you $30-40 you don`t need go there, just go to CIC website and its all online very easy. check following post, it explain things in details :

As long as your sister can prove that she has a govt. job, NOC certificate from the govt., proof of enough funds, any property in her name.... i think she will get the Visa. Just my opinion

It tells me that I have met minimum income requirments for couple of years. Also good to make sure names/dob/number of people/address are correct. It also tells me the exact notes officer put for my file. I am planning to order caips every month regardless of how file is moving. It will make sure they have correct info

where are from? My sister applied our case in 2010 and we received our sponsership approval in Nov'14 waiting for medicals. What was your office and how many applicants? Please share your timeline

Maybe since the decision is made and document validated, they no longer need a big stiack of document we sent. do you know the medical was OK ?

My brother submitted medical and orginal study documents in may 2015...recently in june 24 he recives courier all orginal documents returend with one letter ..in letter they write

This is in refrence to your application for permanent residence in canada.
Please find attached all the original documents submitted by you. I hope this is of assistance

Now that does that means ???? I m in confusion
