Hi All,

Now questions for next stage. I will try to search as well. Please tell if you know


1. I believe now I/My Mother would be asked to submit more documents. My mother is already in Canada on Super Visa. CIC will ask for documents via Email, and I would also have to send via Email in New-Delhi India , right? is that my understanding is correct?

2. I know i am already behind, but is there anything (any documents etc that take long to produce) I need to or I can prepare in advance?

Hi all,

A good news after 6 and 1/2 years of submitting an application. My sponsorship application is Passed half way. I got letter today for sponsorship approval. ECAS still show in Process

Sorry if i had skipped any one's name.

I am still interested to go far a law suite or any other kind of protest to join if anyone is interested here. I can not forget the pain i have gone through and still going through. We don't deserve this..

Finally some good news for you.

It's seems like they have been holding your file without any proper reason because they didn't ask you for any additional documents like they did in our case.

I'm 100% sure they could have made the decision long time ago. But they just wanted you to wait.

All,

I received e-mail form NDVO and required below doc.

A. Three passport sized photographs for you and your spouse
B. Police Clearance certificates (in original) for you and your spouse
C. The attached Form Details of Foreign Travel to be completed by you and your spouse and returned to this office

I have submitted PCC on Aug, 2016. Do I need new PCC or resend 1 which i already submitted ?

Is anyone receive similar e-mail ?

I believe my consultant did some mistake. However I am still not agree that how CIC can refuse us not to gave us estimate time for our application. I wish, i could do something to change this. I will try.. Let see. Again thank you very much for your help and support

As long as you are PR, you can sponsor your parents. You need NOA/Option C for three years income, 2013/14/15 for apply. For In laws, I am not 100% sure, but I believe Your Spouse has to sponsor. You can help your spouse as a co-signer to sponsor. It is big project, please read and understand fully before applying, other wise it is very painful process.

Oh! Sorry to hear that your application is also delayed.

You have no time line in your profile or in signatures. I have tried to search from your old posts. Seems your file is in new Delhi and CIC is asking for medicals /DNA. I am far behind than yours. My file just transferred to New Delhi. Don't know much yet..

I would say, better to add your time line under your profile, so other may be able to help/suggest you.

I would say if you don't know what is going on your side, you can request GCMS notes. May be helpful

My file is just transferred to New Delhi,

I have tried to Link application to GCKey. Was not successful. On CIC web site it says, the reason can be you are using representative on file

I have requested Cancel rep and appoint new one as me on my Mother's file.

I am going to cancel rep on my application to as well.

Let see how it goes. My mother is here in Canada on super visa. CIC transferred file to New Delhi. No idea how CIC select these offices..
