As far as I know dependent is no more dependent if get married or common law partner. So your sister is married , hence no longer meet the requirements of dependent . You had also informed CIC about that. I don't think you need to include her passport.Fasih Sardar said:dear experts!

I received e-mail from NDVO and required non-accompanying adult son/daughter information of principal applicant ?
Is it only for non-accompanying dependents or all adults son/daughters ?
Please advise. !!!!
Non-Accompanying Adult Son/Daughter Additional Information Form
If you have indicated that you are the parent of an adult son/daughter who will not be accompanying you to Canada, you must provide the following details for your non-accompanying adult son/daughter, in order for our office to correctly process your application.
Failure to provide this information will delay processing. If additional space is required, attach a separate sheet

I guess it will automatically reach to email address of our immigration minster on each sign.
So I think you are right as long as the email address there is correct. Please check and confirm, Can we also put email address of Prime minister and Couple of MPs ?Why Online Petitions Work
Think of it this way: What if your company received thousands of emails from valued customers asking you to use a different supplier for your parts? What if you started to receive emails from each of your neighbours asking you to stop playing loud music at night? How quickly would you act?
That’s the unique thing about creating an online petition on Change.org: when you specify an email address for your target, each time a supporter signs your petition, an email is automatically sent directly to that person. Governments, companies and individuals value their reputations and feel accountable to their neighbours, constituents and customers. When hundreds or even thousands of emails arrive in their inboxes, the message is very hard to ignore.
