Please give us any link for SGVO of GCMS note and want to know can we apply for GCMS note as a principal applicant from Bangladesh.

there is no different link for GCMS note for SGVO. full form for GCMS is global case management system. you can order from the cic website and you need a consent from your applicant and any dependant, if they have. I hope this help.

Thanks.my self as principal applicant with spous we have one dependent daughter we all are completed our medical and medical received by cic.sgvo and DM shows in our ecas from last 30th july but no ppr letter or any correspondence from cic.sgvo as yet even passed 77 days.
My question is as a principal applicant can I order gcms note without consent form of my self, my spous and our dependent ? How much charges for GCMS note from Bangladesh.
We have seen in cic.atip.gcms wabesit that $5 and usd $41.30 which are correct ? Please advice us .

Hi Mhfiroz1967, you have to be a canadian pr or citizen(with canadian address) to order gcms notes and they are only $5 from cic's website. you need your canadian sponsor to order them for you

Yes consent form needs to be signed by everone in the file that is over 18.

My mother is here with me on visitor visa. We did her medical in Canada few days ago. I am also not sure where to send the e medical report. I think I have to call CIC and ask. Is there anybody else who has applied in 2011? Does anybody know the address of CIC ottawa for sending parent medical report?

Hi Gursikhphysio,
I called CIC but could not speak to an agent. I will send medical reports for my parents to CIC-Ottawa as per instruction from letter and I will use the address from CIC website. Looks like visa offices are getting changed based on the work load at CIC.

If anyone else here also has to send medical reports to CPC-Ottawa then please share your experiences here that will be appreciated. The letter does not provide address of CPC-Ottawa. I was not correct in thinking that medical reports to be sent to the local country visa office i.e. New Delhi in this case.

My parents file remained in Ottawa office.

Passport request did ask to submit passports at the New Delhi Visa office but ALSO mentions in point 4 that it can be submitted to Ottawa if the applicant and all dependents are already in Canada and will remain here for next 3 months. See the wordings from the letter below.............

Thank you for your detailed post. This is very important information for me. I think this puzzle is getting clearer now. My parents will be in similar situation once their medical is done. They will send their medical directly to CPC-Ottawa, since they are in India, likely send their passports to New Delhi.

Hello, We got the request for PPR to VFS for New Delhi. Do we have submit at VFS within 30 days or it must reach consulate within 30 days?

Do we know how much time VFS takes to deliver it to Consulate?

yes, you have to submit within 30days, on the letter or email, there is a print date on side, you can count 30 days from that day.Congrats for ppr.

Is it have to , they send back all the original back, then they will send the ppr request. how long it take more to get ppr request. please senior member reply. Thanks

Hi Lakha, we submitted all our paperwork back in june ndvo recieved them on june 23. I am still waiting for ppr request and still haven't got the originals back. Don't know what is taking so long. I have seen ppl on the spreadsheet that applied after me have gotten their visa and have landed as well. I hope we all get our ppr soon.
