Thanks for greetings. Time limit is up 3rd Sep 2015. I am very much worried about our pioneers forum members like you. Jeleni Ji Nitinbali60 and others for completion of process of their cases. I prey to Almighty to fasten process of all of you who has been guiding factors for novice & newbee like us. Shall update on receiving visa

Thanks Notley. I am glad at least some of our fellows members are getting to the end of this long journey. My application was sent in April 2011 so I feel it was only right for those who had applied in 2009 or 2010 before me to get their visas before me. I'm hopeful that soon our turn will come one day, along with those other members who are still waiting as well.
In the meantime we will keep in touch on this forum.

Hi Guys,

I am planning on applying for the immigration of my parents. Couple of questions for all of you:

I will be filling all the applications on the link below:

1. What other supporting documents are needed beside what we have in the check list?
2. Do they have to get the police certificate now or this is something could be done afterwards?
3. Do they need to show the bank statements for the immigration?
4. What would be the best time to send the application since they accept only 5000 files per year?

Your help will be greatly appreciated.

i got addidinal document and medical request on july,21....we send all couple of days black....today e-cas show in pross from application received....do you know why??

Just question for dependent over 22.

Letters from the schools indicating the number of hours of classes attended per day, and the number of days attended per week;

What is average hours considered full time studies if anyone attached letter before?

Is 4 hour a day and 6 days a week is good enough for BA,MA study?

Hi Cgill. The dependent you mention, type A or type B?
My experience is based on type A so was not required of continuous schooling...

yes i am the dependent(my sister is sponser)less than 22 age when applied....no we not get upfront madical in approvel letter they send the madical forms in the additinal document letter package for each family member.

yes that is same as in july 2014...but this time they asked for original birth certificates etc etc.

Hi Jelani Ji Really it is a very good & positive sign. I had a experience that earlier in Supervisa when last date was expiring we get furtherance of medical with 90 days limit. You won't believe when cultural test was received after 80 days Penal Doctor repeated chedt XRay & next date visa was electronically granted. Even here also additional documents submitted on 14 th Feb 2015 CIC sent approval on 18 th Feb,2015. Thirdly here in canada again in xray due to oldage there were scar on fsther,' chest but because of cultural test result done last year they have ignored & approve medical. I am sorry that I have written much more but with true heart and I am very much sure that medical of your mother will definately be approvef 200% but its matter if days not mo ths. Wish again for speedy completion of PR of your mother Rgds
